Vendor Booking: Home for Holidays Nov 10-12th 2023

Are you ready to be a part of the Christmas festivities at the Red Barns in Woodinville? 🎃 We've got limited space available for our upcoming Farm Tour events, and we're on the lookout for some fantastic vendors to join us! 🎪 Booking multiple booths? Use code Vendor10 for 10% off 2 or more booths.

HOURS:

Friday 5-9pm (open for set up at 3pm)

Saturday & Sunday 10-5pm (Vendors arrive up to 1 hour before & Pack up after last day)

VENDOR LOCATIONS / SIZES: 

Inside on the ground level of the Big Barn, and our shared vendor tents  we have space for a several 6' x 6' booths, perfect for showcasing your unique products. 🧡

Outside, we've got several 10x10 spaces, food truck spots, or game vendors for those who want to soak up the autumn almost christmas  vibes under the open sky. 🍂

Plus, for our daily events, we'll have drop-in tables available, so you can be part of the fall fun whenever it suits you! 🍁

EXTRA TABLE: $25 - add product to order

LOAD / UNLOAD: 

A 1 way driveway for unloading; please check in at gate prior to entry unless you have been given other instructions.  Vendors are allowed to keep booths up the entire event.  Authorized crew will be on site; please secure & cover valuables, as we do not have 24 hour security guards.

PARKING: Parking is available across 140th at Woodinville Montessori School. If you have a trailer, take extra care not to drive over curbs! They will charge for costs to repair.  We will provide a parking pass for your dash. 

We also have limited guest parking on site!

Please take care when walking back from parking lot, 140th traffic can be fast.

We are working on other parking options for future events.

 By purchasing this vendor booking, I / We agree that I / we have read the entire contract, including the Execution of Contract, Terms and Conditions, the Code of Conduct, and licensing requirements for Vendors. I / We agree to abide by its contents. This contract is not applicable for events at Woodinville Red Barns until it has been duly accepted and signed by its authorized representative. *
